Express realty was established in 2001 as a full
service sales company and in 2004 opened the property management division. We manage and remodel single family properties throughout the Temecula and
Murrieta area for owners from all over the country.
Richard Grace is the owner and broker. He has
over 15 years of experience and utilizes a hands-on style approach. In an ever
changing property management environment it is important to continually adapt.
While other management companies may employ a one-size fits all approach to
every property, Express Realty feels that each home is unique and treats
each one differently, placing emphasis on what works best.
Our property manager handles the day to day
tasks of finding and screening qualified tenants, executing leasing agreements,
collecting rents, handling complaints or legal issues such as evictions,
building maintenance and repair, as well as a complete financial accounting and
reporting to the property owner.
